How many goals are scored last year in the Bulgarian Championship, the Bulgarian Cup and the UEFA Cup ??? And who scored this goals ???
Do you have good contacts with the other Sofia Clubs (Levski, CSKA...)???
Unfortunately, I cannot find all the statistics.
694 goals were scored at the Bulgarian Championship last season as Lokomotiv scored 70 from them.
Tsvetan Genkov is the top goal scorer (26 goals), followed by Todor Kolev (25 goals) from FC Slavia.
All Bulgarian teams were kicked out very early from the UEFA Cup. If you have time, please check uefa.com for more information.
What do you mean by contacts? Levski and CSKA are the main rivals in Sofia, but all their supporters hate Lokomotiv as well. By the way, Loko doesn't have many fans compared to the above mentioned clubs.
Personally, I enjoy watching the games of Levski Sofia, but as I said, I do not support any Bulgarian team.
What is the capacty of their stadium?
Well, the capacity of Staduim Lokomotiv is 25,000, but the ground is not licensed by UEFA.
The match vs. Rennes will be played at the stadium of CSKA Sofia - "Bulgarska Armia". Capacity: 22,015.
Tsvetan Genkov was a very good striker in your club, but he left the club this summer, I think ??? It's exactly ?
I want to know if your goalkeeper have a good level ???
Yes, as I mentioned above, he was sold to Dinamo Moscow.
Honestly, I don't know much about the current level of Uro Golubović, the goalkeeper. I only remember that Levski managed to score 5(!) goals against Lokomotiv the last time the two clubs met.
Thank you nev smile for all informations about Lokomotiv Sofia . Just one question, Will you support Rennes or Loko for this match???
Oh, you're welcome. I wish I could give you more detailed information, but I am not a big fan of the Bulgarian Championship and I don't follow it passionately.
I will support Stade Rennais, of course! I am even thinking of going to the airport to greet your players when they arrive. I've always wanted an autograph from Edman, for example.
Thank you
Yes, it should be very hard to support Rennes in Bulgaria. Congratulations For exemple, i could not support a bulgarian team because i don't speak any words of bulgarian!:biglol:
Thanks . Bulgarian is a difficult language, because our letters are Cyrillic. I am shocked that Lokomotiv Sofia hasn't made an English version of their website - the Bulgarian one cannot be read by any Western European!
Hello, can you tell me, what is the level of lokomotiv sofia, if we compare with a french's team ?
c'est vraiment pas mon truc l'anglais ....
Hi!
Well, in my opinion Rennes is a much much better team than Lokomotiv Sofia. Actually, the French League 1 cannot be compared with the Bulgarian League. You guys play football...in Bulgaria is all about scandals with referees, hooligans and so on.
Sometimes the Bulgarian teams have their moments in Europe - Levski reached the Champions League Groups last year, CSKA and Litex have played in the UEFA Cup groups in 2005...You see, the players have the ambition, the support of the public, but their skills aren't enough to bring glory to the club.
In conclusion, I think that Rennes will easily win against Loko at France, and probably will draw or win with one goal difference in Sofia.
Can you tell us about the internationals players in the Lokomotiv Sofia squad, please ?
What are the best players in this team ?
At this moment, there are no Lokomotiv's players at the Bulgarian national team (or at any national team for that matter).
In my opinion, their best player is Saa Antunović (Serbia), who played for Dinamo Minsk a few years ago. He is a striker, who likes to pass a lot, to keep the ball in his possession. And yet, he is not a "goal machine" or something.
As I said, the most notable striker of Loko, Genkov, left the club this summer. He was rated as one of the best strikers in the Bulgarian league and he was unstoppable. Loko Sofia reached a UEFA Cup place mostly thanks to him.
Hello, i don't know Rennes has fans in Bulgaria :?::?: I'm very surprised and enjoy!!!
I think one of the strikers of this team is Rangelov, an international player. Can you tell me about him please?
Sorry for my english...:non::non:
Well, perhaps it's only me. It's hard to support a foreign team, especially when you don't know the language, but I am doing my best.
There are two Bulgarian players named "Rangelov". The first one, Dimitar Rangelov, is indeed an international footballer. He currently plays for FC Energie Cottbus, on a loan from Strasbourg. He has never been a player of Lokomotiv Sofia.
The second footballer with that name is called Rumen Rangelov. He is the current striker of Lokomotiv - and he is not nearly as talented as Dimitar. Just average for the European standards. So no worries.
Bonjour!
Remember me? I am the crazy Bulgarian fan of Stade Rennais.
You can't even imagine how happy I am that Rennes are coming to my town next month - it was one of my biggest football dreams!
So, if anyone wants any translations from Bulgarian to English about Lokomotiv Sofia, I'll be glad to help. Also, if anyone is coming to Sofia for the game, feel free to contact me for tips about the city.
And now...just a few words about Lokomotiv. They had an amazing last season - they were involved in the battle for the title, but Levski Sofia overplayed them twice and Loko lost vital points. Before last season though, they were just an average Bulgarian team, always finishing at the middle of the league table.
One of their most talented and skillful players, the striker Genkov, left the club this summer to join a Russian club. As far as I can tell, Loko Sofia is really struggling without him.
The team doesn't own any world-wide famous players.
In my opinion, Rennes can beat them easily.
Please can you speak french por favor . Thank you very much
Je suis d?sol?, mais je ne parle pas fran?ais. But being a foreign fan of Stade Rennais FC is difficult, so please forgive me for that. I'll try to learn some phrases. Thanks for understanding and sorry for the off-topic.
No news about Erik yet?
Hey guys, it's the annoying Bulgarian supporter again. Can somebody please explain me how did the injury of Edman happen?
Is it that bad as the April one? Any news about his condition?
Congrats for the victory, anyway...
