Hi Lush.
I'd advise against rue St Michel, it's not what it used to be, just a couple of pretty lame bars fighting it out.
Not far from there, you've got the Fox and Friends pub, which is much better for a pre-match drink.
Otherwise, you'll find plenty of bars along Mail François Mitterrand, and they're on the way to the stadium.
Saturday is market day at Place des Lices. You can grab some sausage galettes there, our local specialty.
If you want any other tips about Rennes, don't hesitate.

That's Friday, Saturday will be breakfast at 10am with first pint of day, mooch a few bars and head over to stadium pub about 1/2pm.
Hope to see a few of you all out and about, we are a friendly bunch, like a good banter, best part is, most of us go back to the bad old days when Brentford nearly went bust.

Welcome Lush! The only hint on is that they might open the reservations for the morning game tomorrow (08/05) at 2pm. I am sure you and the lads are going to have a great time in Rennes. Rue St Michel can be a bit rough so be careful. Oh, and make sure you try the Galette Saucisse when you get to the stadium.
